Shipping Policy – Phenolic

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors. Under normal conditions, orders are delivered within 3 to 10 business days.

During peak periods such as holidays, promotions, or high-demand seasons, delivery may take up to 14 business days.

Shipping Delays
Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs processing, or high order volumes. We appreciate your patience and understanding during such times.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to receive/collect the shipment, Phenolic is not responsible for any product damage or deterioration, and the order will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

You will receive a shipment confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Tracking details (if available) will be provided to help you monitor your delivery.
